    • Almost everything without armor or only light armor just gets killed immediately even from the front
    • heavily armor ships with only decent side/back protection get outmanoeuvred and destroyed

    Weaknesses:

    • Faster burst damage for example the form of an alpha chain gun ship with more guns or fast nuke ships
    • Traps can flank and often require the waste of the alpha boost which allows the remaining traps to win pretty easily
    • Ships with good armor distribution and enough manoeuvrability can sometimes manage to survive through all of the chain gun ammo. Such ships are for example deck cannon rammers or spinners. This point is honestly debateable but chain guns are not used enough in multiplayer so its hard to judge.

    Adaptability:

    • My ship is on the higher side for the amount of magazines. Those could be exchanged for more guns instead to kill the opponent more quickly at the cost of running out of ammo more easily.
    • The possible addition of alpha shields as light defences for your chain guns
