[0.20.35][Joiner Railkite] none, Kite King by Coolgamertag and Rose Locking Design: Master - You need to use a special alignment method that I came up with plus get the weight and thrust just right. Much harder then just making a normal locking ship. 

Ship Design: Hard - Normal railkite making, but had to hyper optimize crew to save cost. 

Piloting: Hard - Some expertise required in making the lock work. Standard railkite piloting but is a bit more squishy due to very broad barrels (PD doesn't have as much cross exposure) Over rotating can be extremely punishing. Pilot and targeter need to understand what the other person is doing. 

Instructions for locking: Targeter makes sure all commands are off and they are out of direct control mode. Pilot then flys up behind them and rams their back. If the structure doesn't get aligned well first try, back up and try aligning again. Once structure is lined up, everyone stays out of DC mode and waits until ship's speed goes to 0.0 m/s. Then, Pilot presses 0 and explodes charges. After that, pilot presses 7 and activates boost and then autofires. at least one of the locks should be connected then. One lock works, and it's very hard to align for two locks all the time.
