Design: Hard: Took quite a bit of work to get right. Invested in a lot of different things, such as extremely powerful shielding, some side armor and of course, the main spectacle of this ship - the mines, whilst still retaining a kite-standard 20:5 ion core, decent thrust and a structure bumper. All these elements where quite hard to cram into a 1.5mil ship and I had to do a lot of micro-optimizations to achieve that, but in the end it was not all that difficult.
Piloting: Depends a lot. It might be easy, it might be hard, depending on how good the enemy is at counterplaying your mines and your kiting. The more experienced they are at avoiding mines, the harder your game will be.
Overall a very fun ship that I had great experience with and has proven me its usefulness time and time again. And whilst the mines are kinda bad as of right now and easily counterplayable, when they work they goddamn work, and it never gets old seeing dudes throw themselves into minefields and instantly disintegrate.
Not as good as Combo Supreme it was inspired after, because of that ship's sheer versatlity and ability to be not immediately stymied by hiding behind asteroids, but it has much more focused damage capabilities, doesn't run out of ammo (Well duh, ions) and isn't nullified by a couple of PD.
I painted like half of this ship in MP games whilst waiting for others to finish their matches, and it was a ton of fun.
