Datasheet for cop3

[0.20.35][Ion Cruiser] none, Cop3 by Pine (1,499,845) 

Design: Medium - Just needed to consider power output of the reactors by autofiring/blasting shields with disrupters. 

Piloting: Medium/Hard - its a weird thing to pilot. Really easy to use when fighting against opponents where you only need to use rts. But opponents that are fast enough, you need to use direct control, and extremely weird moves to dodge them. 

 

There are several counters to this, but it's just fun and easy to use against most other ships. Anything faster than 120m/s just insta kills this. But the aim-able ions are pretty sick. Can tank 6 rails, when not too close to enemy. Not too sure about 8 rails and up. 

 

One thing I absolutely hate about ion prisms aiming is that after they kill a target they take a couple of seconds in 1/2x speed to retarget and just lock in place, which is super annoying. 

 

Huge props to Salephz for making it much more efficient than what I had initially. And to Aurther from a random game in multiplayer where I based my design off of his ship. 

 

A version of this solely focused for kiting will definitely be better
