Design: Easy - put some deck cannon modules and armor, and you're good. Required designing modules and a bit of changing how armor sheds, but that's it.
Piloting: Easy - Requires you to know when to shed armor and what armor to shed, and proper aiming. That's about it.
Very fun to play as when you don't really want to think and just shoot 
I find the amount of armor makes this win in many mirror matches, even though its eight deck cannons is technically inferior to many other deck cannon rammers, or dc bricks. It can sometimes starve the enemy out of ammo just because of the sheer amount of armor.
